Prepare a report/poster/booklet on an animal of your choice. Try answering the questions below:

• Where does the animal live e.g. what is its habitat like?
• What does the animal eat? Is it an omnivore, herbivore or carnivore?
• What size does it grow to? What size is it when it is first born?
• How long is its gestation period?
• Is it a predator or is it prey?
• What special adaptations does the animal have for survival?
• Draw a picture of your animal in its habitat
• Can you make a food chain and a food web that includes your animal?
