On the 3rd September a group of S4-6 pupils went to a "Fantastic Plastic" lecture at Glasgow Science Centre. They found out about all the modern developments involving plastic from Professor Avril McDonald. The lecture itself was organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry. The professor said that by the end of the lecture the young people would not be able to stop talking about plastic...... and she was right!
